Why Brazil

Brazil is the present and future of redemptive entrepreneurship

1 in 5

Brazilian adults was already starting or running a new business.

50th

or lower among 56 economies for access to entrepreneurial finance and key infrastructure.

1%

of global venture capital was captured by Latin America.

Sources: report xyz, 2024.

Brazil has no shortage of entrepreneurs — but it still ranks among the lowest for access to entrepreneurial finance, and the innovation ecosystem is even further behind.

Bluefields is the first in South America to start building at the intersection of entrepreneurship, innovation, technology, faith and impact. We accomplished great things with few resources, and now we’re ready for the next stage.

Stories of transformation

What happens when innovation becomes practical, human and close to real problems.

Tenda

When Employees Become Builders

Inside Tenda, one of Bluefields’ long-term corporate partners, a team of employees identified a major operational challenge: small purchases were consuming too much time and creating inefficiency across the business.

Through a Bluefields intraentrepreneurship program, they created Robô Comprador, a solution designed to automate small purchases, improve negotiations, and reduce operational bottlenecks.

R$1.2 million in annual savings and purchase time cut from five days to one.

Airsaler

A Founder Who Crossed the Ocean to Accelerate

Paulo Coghi, a Brazilian software engineer living in Italy, created Airsaler to solve a problem in cloud computing: infrastructure had become complex, expensive, and difficult to scale.

After overcoming cancer, he traveled from Italy to Brazil for Bluefields’ Investment Readiness Acceleration — refining his pitch, financial projections and fundraising plan, and connecting with Brazilian investors.

Today, Airsaler serves more than 100 clients in six countries.
